The best place to start
For anyone unsure of the best path forward, or for those who would simply value a chat about their goals first, the “No Sweat Intro” is the perfect first step. This is the most recommended way to begin; it’s an opportunity to meet Sarah, see The Space, and map out the most effective and enjoyable way to reach those goals together.
Ready to get started?
For those who have already spoken with Sarah, worked with FireTiger Fitness in the past, or are simply ready to dive straight in, bookings can be made immediately via the “LegitFit” button below. Sarah will be in touch shortly after the account is created to finalise the details.
Finding the Perfect Session
While the timetable below shows standard slots, there is often extra flexibility behind the scenes. If a preferred time is not visible, please email Sarah directly to organise a session (recommended prior to purchase).
Group Training
To maintain a safe and supportive environment, group sessions are reserved for those who have completed the FireTiger Fitness On Ramp programme. This ensures a solid foundation is built before joining the group energy.
Personal Training & 2:1 Sessions
For those looking for a more individual approach, Personal Training is available to purchase separately or as part of a membership.
2:1 sessions are also available and can be purchased directly through LegitFit. Please note that both participants will need to purchase a 2:1 membership. Before purchasing, please contact Sarah to check availability outside of the displayed times, or to confirm the expansion of an existing slot to two people.
Note: Sessions marked with initials are recurring bookings for long-standing clients and are unavailable to be booked by others. While a few original members are still transitioning to the app, all new bookings are managed through LegitFit to keep the process streamlined.
