Delivery, Refund & Returns
FireTiger Fitness (FTF) is a small business and currently does not have the capacity to store many items (Hopefully, this might change in the future!). As such, all items are made to order. Please consider this when ordering any of your pieces. If you have any questions regarding sizing, colours, or anything else; email prior to any purchases and you will be supported with making the best decision for you.
Delivery
- Orders will be despatched as soon as possible, but please allow 7 working days for delivery
- Free postage on all orders over £80
- Orders of £79.99 and below will be given the option of a 24 hour or 48 hour tracked service at checkout
Return shipping
- All items are returned at your own expense, unless the item is deemed faulty
- Original shipping costs will not be refunded with the return, unless the item is deemed faulty
- You are advised to send any items back by recorded delivery. Items will only be refunded or credit given if the item has been received by FireTiger Fitness
- FireTiger Fitness is not responsible for and is not liable for, any items lost or damaged in transit
Faulty goods
- FireTiger Fitness is committed to releasing high quality, versatile and well tested garments. Each item is thoroughly inspected and photographed prior to leaving FTF to ensure standards are kept high for each individual item
- If however, you find a fault and have any concerns with your order, please contact: sarah@firetigerfitness.com with a description and photographs of the fault, along with your order number
- If the item is considered faulty you will receive a full refund of the item, including the standard shipping cost of your return to FTF upon receipt of the item
- Items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long term usage are not considered faulty
- As per return postage, you are advised to send the return recorded delivery. Items will only be refunded or credit given if the item has been received by FireTiger Fitness
- FireTiger Fitness is not responsible for and is not liable for, any items lost or damaged in transit
- Returned faulty items that have been worn should be laundered before return, receipt of unwashed faulty garments may result in your product being returned to sender and rendered an invalid request
Legal rights
- As with any online purchase, under the Customer Contracts Regulations, you have a 14 day cooling period after receipt of your items to cancel your order (weekends and holidays are included within this time). Your item must be returned within 14 days following your instruction to return/cancel
- To cancel your order using the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you must email or write to FTF with your details and order number, stating that you are cancelling your order and claiming your rights under these regulations
- For items over £42 you will be offered a refund or FTF credit
- If your items is £42 or less you will be given FTF credit
- The items must be returned in their original condition, unused and unsullied
- If the items are returned in a used condition or the value of the item is diminished by any amount, you may have to pay the full amount of the item or have your refund amount reduced
- Upon receipt of returned goods you will receive your refund/credit within 14 working days
- If 28 days have passed without receiving the return, your item can no longer be returned nor refunded.
