At FireTiger Fitness in Ipswich, Suffolk, couples and 2:1 personal training combines the personal attention of one-to-one coaching with the added motivation of training alongside someone else. It is focused, structured and built around two individuals working towards their own goals within the same session.
It is easier to stay committed when someone is beside you. Training together helps both people stay consistent, especially when motivation dips.
No two people train in exactly the same way. Every session is adapted so each person is challenged at the right level, with coaching that reflects their needs, goals and pace.
Both people receive ongoing coaching throughout the session. Technique is refined, exercises are adjusted where needed, and each workout stays focused on steady, meaningful progress.
Sessions take place in The Space, where both people can train without the noise, pressure or distractions of a busy gym floor.
