Whilst FTF’s primary dedication is to women, my inclusive, expert approach is extended to mixed-gender groups through FTF for Business, school programmes, and couples PT sessions.

What makes Sarah so special is her approach. It's both professional and deeply personal. She doesn't just see me as another client; she truly listens, understands my goals, and knows exactly how to push me. My connection with Sarah goes back a long way, to my school days. She was more than just a teacher; she was a true support system. During those often confusing teenage years, Sarah provided invaluable guidance. I struggled with my physical and mental health, like many teenagers do, and she helped me understand how intertwined they are. That foundation of trust and understanding is why, when I started my first job and decided to get serious about personal training, Sarah was the only person I trusted with my body and my goals. It's been two years now, and her understanding of me – my insecurities, my personality, and what truly motivates me – is incredible. She has a deep well of fitness knowledge, but more importantly, she has a genuine passion for helping me and others become our best selves. … I have loved seeing how strong I can become and with Sarah’s expertise and cheerleading I have been amazed at what my mind and body can do.
