You will be introduced to any new equipment and movements as required throughout your sessions. I believe in learning through movement. It’s important that we get to know each other, so I will assess your current fitness abilities, we will discuss your fitness goals and what you want to get out of FireTiger Fitness and your program will be planned around these aspects.
This answer varies from person to person. For many clients, sessions are ongoing rather than over a set number of weeks. Whether weekly, fortnightly, or monthly with support of a programme in between. Everyone is different and everyone is catered for. We will discuss the options that suit you best during our initial conversations.
The FTF studio is equipped with a great range of high quality strength and cardio equipment to keep your body guessing, get your heart racing, muscles pumping and sweat pouring.
Personal training prices start from £30
Nutrition sessions prices start from £30 (following the initial session)
Online programmes start from £40

You can book and pay for sessions online, either through the website or via bank transfer. All sessions must be paid for and a confirmed in advance of all sessions.
I see the best approach for schools as being a combined approach; analysis (before, during and after), theoretical and practical. Schools can request a bespoke programme that may include only one, two, three, or a heavy slant in one direction. Please contact me to discuss the best option for you.
If you are a sports club, looking for direction and support with your fitness, training, nutrition and/or general guidance, at whichever level. There are several options, such as, training days, training weeks, pre-seasons or continuous sessions (weekly, monthly…), or bespoke requests.
