This all depends on your fitness level and what you choose to achieve with FireTiger Fitness. We will discuss options during our initial chats.
I see the best approach for schools as being a combined approach; analysis (before, during and after), theoretical and practical. Schools can request a bespoke programme that may include only one, two, three, or a heavy slant in one direction. Please contact me to discuss the best option for you.
If you are a sports club, looking for direction and support with your fitness, training, nutrition and/or general guidance, at whichever level. There are several options, such as, training days, training weeks, pre-seasons or continuous sessions (weekly, monthly…), or bespoke requests. If you would like to discuss any options then please get in touch.
If you are a business and looking for a speaker, or an ongoing course to offer your employees or partners – either theoretical, practical, or a combination of both – get in touch.
