Everyone is welcome at FireTiger Fitness. I completely understand that not everyone is joining as a current, or a want to be, elite athlete. Joining the fitness industry can be overwhelming to say the least. With crazy diets, and even crazier fitness regimes. I want to offer you a safe space, with nothing less than my expertise in all levels of fitness and nutrition. Pair this with my understanding and patient nature, and you are sure to feel right at home with FireTiger Fitness.

WHat options do you offer?

PT; 1:1, 2:1 and 3:1 sessions – Individually bought sessions that can be booked on repeat.  Sessions are personalised depending on your goals, fitness levels and mindset. You will progress at the right level for you and your training will be adapted as required.

PT and programme, personalised by youIf you would like a fully personalised approach to your training, this is the one for you. Contact me to discuss your requirements (goals, activity history, timeframe,  number of sessions per week etc) and I will provide you with options and prices. 

Programme only – Let me know what you would like! These are completely tailored to you and are available wherever you are in the UK or in the world. Everything is accessible online.
